Breakage (Damaged Product) Policy:
Products purchased from AshleyBlackGuru.com may be eligible for replacement within thirty (30) days of receipt due to faulty manufacturing. Customers are eligible for free shipping and handling for products under the manufacturer's thirty (30) day warranty. Please inspect upon receipt.
Products purchased from AshleyBlackGuru.com, after thirty (30) days, may be eligible to receive a replacement or replacement parts under our 1,000 days Breakage policy but will be responsible for all related shipping and handling. To be eligible, you must register your product(s) at the Product Registration Page within thirty (30) days of receipt. Reference the Product Registration Page for a complete list of items that are eligible. In addition to registering your product, you will be required to provide proof of purchase, proof of defect, and/or return of the defective product(s) to determine your eligibility for a replacement.
This Breakage policy is not applicable and is hereby null and void if it is determined that any product damage is due to an accident, modification, improper use, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product. Typical wear and tear related to product use are not covered.
Product Inspection. You assume responsibility for inspecting all Ashley Black Products thoroughly before each and every use to ensure there is no damage. Using damaged items could lead to injury.
EXTENDERS: The manufacturer provides a 1,000 Day Extender Rings warranty from the date of purchase. Under this warranty, you are entitled to replacement Extender Rings for the cost of shipping (Continental US). Customers must provide images of the damage and we may require that the damaged part be returned. This parts warranty is void if the damage is due to accident, modification, improper use, intentional misuse or abuse, the failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, or if the product is being used for purposes other than that which the manufacturer intended. Purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities arising from accident, modification, misuse, or abuse of the product or failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product. Typical wear and tear related to product use are not covered.
BLASTER POD: Manufacturer provides a sixty (60) Day warranty from the date of receipt. Under this warranty, you are entitled to a replacement and will be eligible for free shipping and handling under the manufacturer's sixty (60) day warranty. Customers must provide proof of defect and we may require that the damaged item be returned. This parts warranty is void if damage is due to accident, modification, improper use, intentional misuse or abuse, the failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions, or if the product is being used for purposes other than that which manufacturer intended. Purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities arising from accident, modification, the misuse or abuse of the product or the failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product. Typical wear and tear related to product use are not covered.
YOGA BALL: Manufacturer provides a 1,000 Day manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for yoga balls from the date of purchase. Manufacturer will replace the defective item with a functionally equivalent new product. Shipping is free under the warranty period. Customers must provide images of damage and we may require that the damaged part be returned. This warranty is void if damage is due to accident, modification, improper use, intentional misuse or abuse, the failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions, or if the product is being used for purposes other than that which the manufacturer intended. Purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities arising from accident, modification, the misuse or abuse of the product or the failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions. This warranty applies only to the normal use of the Product. Typical wear and tear related to product use are not covered.
1,000 day Worldwide Return Policy - Registered Products
This return policy applies only to those products you purchase directly from our website and listed on the Product Registration Page. To be eligible, you must register your product(s) at the Product Registration Page within thirty (30) days of receipt. Any returns, exchanges, or other issues, such as breakages or damaged products, related to the purchase of our product(s) through third parties, including but not limited to other websites, distributors, or other Amazon sellers, must be directly handled through such third parties. Please be sure you are aware of any third-party’s policies prior to purchase.
This return policy is not applicable and is hereby null and void if it is determined that any product damage is due to an accident, modification, improper use, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. Due to health and safety issues, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of oils, cleansers, and creams. For purchases of bundled kits or sets, the ENTIRE kit or set including all individual products (excluding oils, cleansers, and creams) MUST be returned to receive a refund.
Once we confirm receipt of the returned product(s) and ensure that all guidelines provided herein have been met, you will be eligible for a refund. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
Note that all returned products must be clean and dry upon return. Unclean items will not be processed and will be discarded. You understand and agree that shipping and handling costs (both the fee to send and to return) are non-refundable.

Apparel Exchanges and Imperfections
You are eligible to exchange your apparel purchase for a different size of the same product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase (subject to availability). Only apparel that is clean, which is at the sole discretion of us, shall be exchanged. Please inspect apparel for size upon receipt. All shipping and handling is your responsibility.
You are eligible for a replacement of faulty manufacturer apparel for thirty (30) days from the date of Receipt (subject to availability). Please inspect apparel for imperfections upon receipt.
Astralign pillow: You are eligible to exchange your purchase for a different size of the same product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase (subject to availability) and limited to one exchange per customer. Product must be returned in original packaging.

Price Adjustments
We will only adjust the price (issue a refund) of purchase if the exact product or kit (single item or entire kit) was purchased within 7 days of an item going on sale. No adjustments will be given from Nov 15 - Dec 15.
